In August of 2013 our A/C unit of 16 years died. David and company came and installed a new Trane system.
On August 31, 2014, Labor Day Weekend, the new unit air handler began leaking water on the floor below its enclosure. We called Air Bourne who immediately dispatched a technician. While waiting for him we managed to vacuum up the water and clear the blocked drain line. The tech arrived, checked out the system. Found no problems and refused to accept the service fee asking only that we call their office and tell them he did NOT write us an invoice. We called their offices on Sept 3rd and were told such calls on ‘newly’ installed units are not charged for follow up service when there was room for doubt it could be something they’d not properly installed in the first place. We believe the fault was ours alone for not keeping a rigid cleaning schedule for our air handler drain, but they still refused to accept our payment.
BTW, out utility bill has dramatically declined with the new Trane system. It will pay for itself in under 5 years if the performance level stays at the current level.
These guys are not only good in the old fashion way, but they’re honest. If you want the best and honest service call Air Bourne Air. David and company are the best!

Called several companies after my AC was stolen. First two companies would not itemize the cost and offered off brand equipment. 3500-3700.00 for an Goodman 14-seer condenser installed. (unit cost 850-900 on the market)

After researching and meeting with multiple companies for a new system overhaul I found AirBourne, David took his time to answer all my questions regarding the system, line by line items on my estimate, and what to expect during and after the installation. Some of the other companies that I met with would not itemize what all is included in their installation, even after I asked for it repeatedly. The other selling point for me was AirBourne is current with technology, I saw their install pictures in new homes and when I asked questions on the additional options for my system, David’s answers were on point when I researched the pros and cons. He was also honest with me when I told him I read the negative review on FB and he told me how they handled that situation, some companies will either deny it or delete the post.
During the install the installers were professional and to my surprise, my system was moved from the original location in the attic and new decking was built (better layout), only one other company offered that, but at an additional cost. I highly recommend AirBourne.

When our 16 year old system finally, and suddenly died, I was out of town leaving my wife to deal with the repair. David and his crew presented the most viable system replacement at the best possible costs. More amazing to us was the absolute truth of his description of how the system would work and perform. In our 20+ years of living in our town-home/condo the top floor has always been 5 to 7 degrees warmer than the bottom floor. We still marvel at this writing how the bottom and top vary less than one degree. All the features and claims for this Trane 2 stage system/air handler work so beautifully. Finally, a thing that sounds “to good too be true” actually is true! David and crew completed the job in less than a day, and there hasn’t been any reason to have them return. Excellent service, excellent product, complete honesty! Nothing beats a Trane, but Nothing beats David and his crew either! BTW, we chose to call Air Bourne because of the reviews AND their BBB rating. This is one company that earns its bones! Trust them!

No one is excited to call out a contractor when the AC stops working. My home has two units, one that was replace two years ago by Air BourneAir. This May the second unit stopped working and I did not hesitate to call these folks back to my home in Sugar Land. Every time Ive called them they have exceeded my expectations in service and customer care. Very clean installs both times, great installers and most of all the sales rep David was always responsive, honest, fair priced, respectable and meet my demanding work schedule. Seriously, what i like is that with this contractor there were absolutely no surprises.
